Talitha Cumi Studios ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of players who use Trials of Thalindor: Rumors of War ("the game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

When you use Trials of Thalindor: Rumors of War, we collect limited data necessary to operate and improve the game. This includes:

• A unique Player ID (automatically generated)
• Account creation date
• Email address (only if provided when creating or recovering your account)

• Character stats, inventory, quest and level progression, achievements

• Non-personal, anonymized game usage data (e.g., gameplay events, crash reports) to improve game performance and user experience

Note: We do not collect or store personal information such as your real name, physical address, or phone number unless voluntarily provided for customer support.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create, maintain, and manage your game account and progress
• To save and restore your gameplay data
• To improve the game’s features, performance, and user experience
• To respond to customer support requests
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.   Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data. 

We may share your data only in these limited situations:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services like PlayFab to store and manage your account and game data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, such as to comply with legal processes or to protect our rights, players, or the public.

All in-app purchases are handled directly by Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are not stored or processed by us. These purchases are tied to your store account and governed by their privacy policies.

We do not store or track any payment information or purchase records.

We retain your account and game data only as long as necessary to operate the game, improve the experience, and comply with legal obligations.

If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently erased from our servers. See our Player Account Data and Deletion Policy for details.

You have the right to:

• Access and review your game data by logging into your account.
• Delete your account and associated data through the in-game "Delete Account" feature.
• Contact us to request deletion if you cannot access the game.

Our games are intended for players aged 12 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age depending on your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under that age, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Parents or guardians who believe we have collected data from a child under the minimum age can contact us at support@talithacumistudios.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data stored on our servers.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

When we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Please check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Talitha Cumi Studios LLC, from 616-820-0227 regarding customer care.
