Player Account Data and Deletion Policy

At Talitha Cumi Studios, we value your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal data when playing Trials of Thalindor: Rumors of War.  This page explains what data we collect, how we handle it, and how you can easily delete your account and all associated data. 

1. What Player Data Do We Collect?

When you create an account in Trials of Thalindor: Rumors of War, we collect and store limited data through our backend partner, PlayFab, in order to provide and maintain your game experience. This includes:


  • Account Information: 
    • A unique Player ID
    • Account creation date
  • Game Progress: 
    • Character stats, inventory, quest and level progression, achievements
  • Optional Analytics:
    • Non-personal, anonymized game usage data to help improve gameplay experience.


Note: We do not collect or store personal information such as name, address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting customer support.

Also note: We do not store or track any purchase records. All in-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Store or Apple App Store and remain tied to your app store account, not your game account. 

2. How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated game data directly from within the game.


Steps to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open Trials of Thalindor: Rumors of War and log into your account.
  2. On the main account screen (before entering the game world), tap the "Delete Account" button.
  3. Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account and game data.


⚠️ Important Notes:

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All saved game progress, characters, and account data will be permanently erased from our servers.
  • In-app purchases are NOT deleted, as they are tied to your app store account (Google Play or Apple App Store), not your game account.
  • Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — you must use the in-game deletion feature or contact us directly if needed (see below).

3. Contact Us to Request Account Deletion (If You Cannot Access the App)

 If you are unable to access the in-game deletion option, you may request account deletion by contacting us directly:

To help us locate and verify your account, please contact us from the email address associated with your game account.


Once verified, we will process and complete the deletion of your account and game data within 30 days.

4. Data Retention and Removal

We retain account data only as long as necessary to operate and improve the game, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud.


Once an account deletion request is completed, all associated game data is permanently erased from our servers.


Reminder: In-app purchases remain tied to your app store identity and are managed according to their policies.
